LPN Charge Nurse/ Medication Tech Posted: 04/01/2019 Full or Part time Night Shift LPN or Med Tech needed in our Personal Care Unit. Responsibilities include administering limited night time medications, paperwork, responding to overnight needs and overseeing Personal Care Aides.
CDM - Dietary Manager Posted: 04/01/2019 Dietary Manager (CDM) needed by June 30, 2019  to oversee the operation of the dietary department for our 60 bed skilled nursing unit. Responsibilities include staffing, quality control, MDS and Care plan completion, as well as the overall administration of the department. Experience in Long Term Care Preferred.
Activity Director Posted: 04/12/2019 Energetic and outgoing individual needed to direct and manage the activities of our 60 bed skilled nursing unit. Responsibilities include: Planning, developing, implementing and directing activity programs to meet the functional levels, needs and interests of each resident; interviewing residents and family members and others to obtain interests of residents for activity programming; completing assessments; working as a team member to implement plans of care;  Qualified applicants should have 2 years experience in healthcare setting in activities or recreational planning; or be qualified as a recreational specialist; or be qualified as an OTR (Occupational Therapy Assistant).
